Registration Information for 2011-2012

The “Early Childhood Program” is for pre-school and kindergarten-age children.

The “School Classroom Program” is available for Levels 1-7.

The “Level 7 Summer Program” is ONLY available for this Level.

The “Confirmation Program” is Level 8.

The “Whole Community-Home Teach Program” is available for Levels 1-6 ONLY.

Due to our construction project, there will be NO

Vacation Bible Experience or Mid-Summer Nights with Jesus.

 We will resume these programs the Summer of 2012.

Please review the form thoroughly, fill out completely, and submit by June 30, 2011 to avoid the $50 late fee, which will be applied to registrations received by our office as of July 1.

·         Check the appropriate PROGRAM and DAY for each child.

·         Class size is limited; therefore, enrollment is on a first-come, first-serve basis. The sooner your registration form is submitted to our office, the better the chance of getting your day preference.

·         Indicate if you want your child in a specific teacher’s class or with another child. We will do our best to accommodate. No changes/switches will be made after the class lists are posted in September.

·         List any physical conditions, disabilities, or allergies we should be made aware of.

·         We offer a Special Needs Program held in our social hall on Monday evenings at 6:00. Call for more information.

·         If you volunteer as a CATECHIST your fees may be reimbursed.

Call for clarification on the requirements and obligations of a catechist

at St. Paul’s.

·         If you have a child receiving First Communion or Confirmation you must submit a copy of their baptismal certificate to the religious education office, Attention: Carol Hackstock as soon as possible even if your child was baptized here.
